The Ripple Effect Initiative (TREI) is a non-profit organization committed to fostering social inclusion, health equity, human rights, and community empowerment for migrants and minority groups in the United States. Founded in 2024 by Quraish Kiberu, a Boston-based leader passionate about social justice and public health, TREI aims to create a lasting impact by addressing critical challenges faced by underserved communities.

Quraish Kiberu 

Founder & President of The Ripple Effect Initiative (TREI)

Biography

Quraish Kiberu is a visionary leader, social entrepreneur, and public health advocate dedicated to fostering social inclusion, health equity, and community empowerment. Originally from Katovu Village in Uganda, he immigrated to the United States, where he became a permanent resident and established his residence in Boston, Massachusetts.

With a deep passion for humanitarian work, Quraish founded The Ripple Effect Initiative (TREI) in 2024. This non-profit organization focuses on supporting minorities and migrants to the U.S., promoting HIV prevention among minority communities, and driving public health research and advocacy. His work aims to address systemic barriers and create sustainable solutions that uplift underserved populations.

By leveraging partnerships, innovative policies, and research-driven solutions, he strives to empower migrant communities and advocate for equitable healthcare access.
